Registration & Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations requested by October 31, 2026. After this date, registrations are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person with advance approval.
We understand that unexpected emergencies arise, and exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
If Contact Temple is canceled by the organizers, all registrations will be fully refunded.
Arrival & Accommodations
Upon arrival, please visit our welcome and registration table for check-in and orientation information. Overnight guests will be guided to their accommodations and given time to settle in.
During our relaxed arrival window, enjoy refreshments, music, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to receive a Henna Soul Activation. Feel free to explore the grounds, visit our information tables, or simply relax in our gathering space.
A group orientation will follow as we prepare to begin our shared experience.
What To Bring
Come comfortably prepared for a day of connection, creativity, and exploration!
- Yoga mat, blanket, and folding outdoor chair
- Comfortable clothing and shoes and a warm jacket for the evening
- Refillable water bottle and personal snacks
- Journal and pen for reflections, insights, or dreams
- Any personal medications or essential items
- Optional: meaningful crystals, symbols, or sacred objects
Staying overnight?
Please bring your personal toiletries, sleepwear, and other overnight essentials. Additional accommodation details will be provided.
Local participants are welcome to return home after the evening Contact Initiative and rejoin us the following morning
